Profile:
During the past 20 years, Martin has gained broad experience in program and project management of big and complex strategic and business-critical initiatives. This includes implementing ERP and standard package applications in public and private organisations in Denmark as well as global organisations. It also includes a transformation of organisations and process from country to country or between departments. The last years the focus has been on benefit realisation as the trusted advisor for top management (CxOs).
Martin has contributed a number of lectures, articles and webcasts. Martin was in a period of 6 years member of the editorial team of the ERP Handbook which is published by Børsens Ledelseshåndbøger and in a period of 7 years External lector/Assistant professor at IT-University (Copenhagen). Martin is now a blogger on version2.dk.
In 2010 Martin founded 1stroke and prior to this, he served at leading consultant companies such as Accenture, PwC, IBM, A-2 and Implement. Martin is now partner in Thursday Consulting.
Specialities: Focus on program and project management of large and complex changes and ERP/SW implementations. This includes development and realisation of Business Cases.
